I love Battlefield 1942 and I love the Wake Island map just as much. Fred's Wake Demo server used to be one of the thousands of vanilla Battlefield 1942 servers out on the net. Then I downloaded the Wake Island demo and noticed there were not very many good, dedicated server, low-ping servers available. Thats when I decided to convert my BF server to a Wake Island demo server. The server is one of the most popular Wake Demo servers on the net. I'm happy to provide the BF community with a good server for everyone to call home.
